BLACK RASPBERRY PIE
My most favorite summer flavor. Hand picked black raspberries from local farms tossed with a little sugar, baked in my all-butter crust. Find it at the end of June and beginning of July.

Made with hand-picked blueberries from Blueberried Alive and The Blueberry Patch. Available June-September or as long as the blueberries last.
BLUE RASPBERRY PIE (NEW!)
Inspired by my favorite candy flavor when I was a kid, which I only now realize contained neither real blueberries nor real raspberries. This pie is a different story. Full of locally grown tart red raspberries and sweet plump blueberries, it's a true delight to eat. Available late summer and early fall.

This forms the base of a delightful chai pastry cream that is then set in a crispy organic graham cracker crust and topped with brown sugar cinnamon whipped cream. LEMON MERINGUE PIE
One of my most popular pies. Made with organic lemons and farm fresh eggs from Harrison Farm. A brilliantly tart lemon cream sits underneath a crispy sweet meringue and all comes together in a buttery flaky crust. Available during the spring and summer months.
Made at the peak of summer, when the peaches are juicy and sweet. This pie is like eating a freshly picked peach that is warm from the summer sun. Make it a peach raspberry pie; a beautiful marriage of peaches and red raspberries. One of my favorite flavor combinations.
A pumpkin pie like no other. I start with heirloom pumpkins; some I grow myself and some I get from local farms. Roasted and mixed until smooth, I whip them with the perfect blend of organic brown sugar and fair trade spices. Even people who don't like pumpkin pie like this one!
The first sign of spring! Available as soon as the rhubarb is large enough to pull out of the ground, usually in mid-April. Just enough sugar to balance out the delightfully tart rhubarb.
STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PIE
Everyone who tries this tells me it's the best strawberry rhubarb pie they've ever had. Available for a very short time. Ohio strawberries usually only produce during the month of June. Bursting with flavor, get it while you can!
FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE
My version of this beloved dessert. I fill the crispy crust with perfectly ripe strawberries full of summer flavor mixed with a lightly sweetened fresh strawberry glaze. Everyone who tries this one tells me it is their new favorite. Available in June or starting in May if we're lucky.
A bite of this delectable pie will take you back to an evening by the campfire. Graham cracker crust made with organic honey grahams, filled with Theo Organic fair trade chocolate and topped with toasted homemade marshmallow meringue. What a treat! Available in the summer and fall months.
