This pie starts with a flaky all butter crust and a layer of milk chocolate ganache (made with Theo organic fair trade chocolate). Filled with a silky smooth chocolate pastry cream, then topped with homemade vanilla whipped cream (Snowville Creamery) and chocolate curls. Keep refrigerated. Best eaten within three days. 10 inches, serves 8 generous slices.
