Chocolate cookie crust (made with my homemade chocolate wafers!), milk chocolate peppermint ganache (made with Theo organic & fair trade chocolate), topped with a vanilla bean whipped cream (Snowville Creamery) and dark chocolate shavings. Keep refrigerated. Will keep one week in the fridge. 10 inches, serves 8 slices.
