Features Snowville Creamery milk and cream, local strawberries preserved from Hann and Yoder Farms, and organic + fair trade Theo chocolate. Starts with my signature all-butter crust filled with a layer of Milk chocolate ganache, then vanilla bean pastry cream, and finally strawberry custard. This is one of the most labor intensive pies I make, which is why I don't make it often. Get it while you can! Keep refrigerated. Best eaten within two days. Mini pie is 5 inch and serves 1-2.
