This pie starts with my vanilla wafer crust, made with my homemade vanilla wafers! The filling is a bright orange curd bursting with the flavor of sweet & tart oranges. Topped with a vanilla bean whipped cream (Organic Valley cream). Keep refrigerated. Best enjoyed within two days.
