Large slices of juicy peaches are wrapped in a delicate, buttery, flaky crust. The peaches are practically perfect on their own, so only a touch of sugar is needed. This pie manages to preserve the flavor of the fresh peaches, making it the next best thing to eating one right from the tree. Made with locally grown peaches from wherever I can find them (Branstool Orchard, Hirsch Fruit Farm and Paige's Produce to name a few). Availble July-August only. 
 
Keep at room temperature for two days, then store in the fridge. Best eaten within two days. 10 inches, serves 8 slices.
