A mix of locally grown blackberries preserved from The Farmstead Market and Hirsch Fruit Farm plus preserved organic red raspberries from Roots Fruits and Shoots. Juicy, sweet, tart and filled with lots of berries!
 
Keep at room temperature for two days, then store in the fridge. Best eaten within two days. 10 inches, serves 8 slices.
