OHIO PIES

The state pie of Indiana! A luscious cream custard is made with Snowville Creamery cream. I break from tradition and use organic brown sugar to add a little complexity. Topped with a generous dusting of freshly grated nutmeg. Baked in my crispy all-butter crust. Keep refrigerated. Will keep up to 3 days in the fridge. 10 inches, serves 10 slices.
