I stock up on locally grown black raspberries in June & July so I can make these throughout the year. They are lightly sweetened and bursting with pure black raspberry flavor!
 
Hand pies are delightful pockets of flaky all-butter pastry filled with seasonal fruit fillings. They are the best selling item at farmers markets, and are always baked fresh.
Best eaten within two days. Reheat in oven/toaster oven 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes to enjoy them at their best. Freeze up to 3 months and reheat in oven. Price is for 6 hand pies.
